Dr Who, how can they buy back shares when they have very little cash, with the little they do have, being used to service their current debt? With the outlook in 2009 looking very grim, I hope for your sake and others, the ANZ stay faithful and that Lazard continues to provide further monies, as if not, they are at some risk of going under IMO as the first tranche was almost entirely used to service debt. I suggest that it is likely that Lazard will seek a review of the second tranche at 25c if they are able too, if not, all well and good in the interim.

When a company pays for aqcuisitions through shares, the business plan is at severe risk. However, if they can get through the next 12 months on a shoe string and are able to minimise dilution at current prices, I'll be the first one to stand up and applaud them, but make no mistake, they under severe fiscal stress.

The good news is that this company has some excellent links to the elite business community - the young bloke behind this is looked upon as real up and comer.

However this does go under, which is improbable in my view, it will be a real tragedy. $1.00 to under 5c in 12 months suggests really unfortunate timing in terms of firstly the ASX listing, but more importantly seeking major growth through acquisition via debt IMO.
