So i've just seen that Goldman Sachs have attributed an unrisked valuation of the Bedout Assets of $AU 0.7/share to Santos's share price. GS have used CVN 2C numbers and an $EV/boe as basis for valuation. Note - it looks like Exxon's purchase of Interoil was based on an $EV/boe of 5.68...Seems like CVN's valuation based on $EV/boe for Bedout Basin assets is $AU 0.44 cents/share. Am i missing something? I've pasted below.
