Who are the dopes you refer to? It's just logic and facts IMO (unless you think that the well documented US-China situation is fabricated).
2 months isn't enough time for all countries to be in a full blown recession, it's a developing scenario based on multiple global economic events in my opinion. However, my guess is that things won't improve in 2 months, investors will continue to transfer out of stocks in favour of 'safer' havens, global growth will slow and the ASX will be <6300. I think oil could continue down and return to the 40's, what's you opinion on that?
The above is the reason I wouldn't be recommending people to buy like yourself, obviously you see it differently but making out people are 'lemmings' or 'dopes' because they pointed out reasons affecting the CVN SP today doesn't come across particularly smart.
