This was ASIC’s response to LWP shareholders when grilled during a Senate estimates hearing and why ASIC is a waste of time if you are looking for any sort of compensation.
ASIC didn’t even bother looking in to many of the complaints made including those about the ice cream machine batter lab which is now in court due to others.
I would recommend paying for a meeting with a good lawyer to discuss your options from here and no point rushing into anything as these things can take many months or years to play out.
