Hence - as a SH in CLI and if CLI trade again, IMO:-

- I'm damned if I sell my shares on opening as;
1. I assume most of the market will attempt this, pushing the SP very far down.

2. If othe SHs manage to sell and I hold, the Atlas deal will allow Atlas to buy their 60m shares for a meaningless sum from CLI, keeping CLI solvent for only a short duration (perhaps insufficient time to fulfill 2020 cropping season or raise more funds?).

IMO, the BoD should show faith in their 2020 plans and make large (publicly disclosed) share purchases prior to market open - this may give the market some confidence to not sell on opening?
