It looks like the pricing period is the first 5 trading days but volume will be determined after 10 days. So in summary it seems like it will be 10 days before CLI gets any Atlas lollies.
Like you I am totally dispirited by this company and the saga over the past two months has left me totally dissappointed. How could an ASX listed company behave in such a dastardly fashion?
They traded for two months after they should have known that biomass poundage was half that forecast and a month after they should have known that the CBD was shit! ( The damaging frost was between 9th Oct & 12th Oct inclusive & they called a trading halt on the 14th Nov!)
At least the ASX should reverse trades from the 20th October to the 14th Nov, IMO.
