    I am just catching up and wanted to point out that it is complete rubbish the company does not know where the CEO was when he is in the US. The PA would know and all the CEO would need to do would be to check the credit card statements. If the CEO paid with cash there is no way that reimbursement would not be sought. Check the records.

    Geez from a risk perspective a board that does not know where he is when he steps on the plane to US and returns is a little odd. What about safety policy - what if something happened
