    You miss the point, if CLI is sued it will be the Board & CEO for not meeting ASX & ASIC requirements in reporting fully and in a timely manner to the Australian market generally & CLI shareholders specifically as per ASX listing rules and the Australian Corporations Act as overseen by ASIC.. This, IMO, falls within the Australian jurisdiction.
