I'm not sure how many have been involved in class actions but I was part of the SGH debacle. I received a payment of about $380 about 10% of my loss. So I really wouldn't be getting too excited about recouping losses.

It was also a very quick case as SGH wanted it done and dusted for their recapitalisation, so it only took about 3 years.

I really feel for holders, having been burnt on QIN I know what it feels like. I follow Swami and he is usually on the money, not always right and you can get in and out for a profit on companies he is warning about, but in the long run I think he is generally pretty good at smelling at rat.
