IMO we have to refute CLI's excuse that frost damaged the crop.

To do this we should primarily focus on total poundage .(407K Lbs vs 900K Lbs guidance)
Carnival's Sat Photos indicate that the crop may have been well below
CLI's guidance as far back as early September. If expert analysis could
confirm that, then there would be a reasonable case that CLI willfully
witheld market sensitive information from the market while the SP was being
sold down from 6.2c to 3.1c

There was no frost recorded by accuweather.com until October
when the hemp had effectively stopped growing. ( see link above)

The company reported that -8 deg frosts had damaged the crop.
This may have reduced the CBD as per the company's report, but,
IMO, it did not effect biomass total poundage of which CLI knew
or should have known by early September was not meeting CLI's
earlier market guidance

All IMO only and shareholders should seek professional advice
before taking any action on this issue.
