PS: The iisue of the competency/liability of Logical Cropping ( a US based entity & a 100% subsidiary of CLI) would only feature in an application by its creditors to put it into bankrupcy/liquidation in order for the court to determine the amount and priority of creditor payments. Obviously CLI does not want that to happen; otherwise directors would not have ponied up with their own cash post 20th dec 2019.
