Update on proposed cross listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”)
The Company advises that it has today filed a Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in connection with the Company’s proposed cross-listing on the ASX. A copy of the Prospectus is available on the Company’s website for potential eligible investors who are resident in Australia. The offer under the Prospectus is expected to open to eligible investors on or about 7 September 2017.
