I don't hold this little beauty but I lost a few k when it was Nugold. You can't say the 4m share won't dilute much - it's like saying "I'll only put it in a little bit".
I seem to recall that they have made a large number of similar issues over recent years - do you know how many, say, in the past two years? I bet it's been a really significant factor in diluting shareholder value.
Reminds me of UCL.
