PE of these types of healthcare companies are much higher than 10-15x and that's often a reflection of greater earning stability, so I thinks your are very conservative.
In addition there is also a PE premium to be added for substantial EPS growth expected over the coming years.
But factoring in all the above I'm still not adding to my holding at this point, but DYOR.
