Maybe, and I just want to throw this out there and will pre frame it in by stating i,m not trying to burst anyones bubble.
What if the business just doesn't stack on the financials? How may billion dollar infrastructure projects (tunnels, bridges and roads) are built with private equity via publicly listed entities that go broke. The project is complete and the demand is there however income just dose not support the capital expenditure, the receivers move in and the entity is bought at a third of the price ( or at a level that it actually stacks) . Mac and other investment bankers know at the start of the outcome but they get paid to raise the capital and spruk the float. It's the golf course syndrome, $150 mil to develop a nice course and then the club house, but even at $100 buck a round the numbers just don't stack ( these days mainly built by developers to sell surrounding Realestae)
Lynas have built a magnificent plant, developed supply, political cohesion, basically a decade of all the very tough work that was always required. They raised how much money over that time? I don't know, too much, I don't want to think about it. After all this expenditure will the income be there to support a decent
    This is my honest concern
