Hi Systematic28, might help for you to conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis of LYC. That way, you can then weigh the pros and cons and decide for yourself whether the identified factors fit with your personal investment criteria.

Your post above has identified some of the "T" factors of the bigger SWOT analysis. But what about the "S", "W" & "O" factors? Here, I'm assuming that when you buy shares, you do so to invest in a business. If so, then FA is more suitable for business evaluation. All good business entrepreneurs and their financial backers apply FA to decide whether a proposed new commercial venture is worth taking the risk in return for future rewards. You have to bear in mind that SWOT analysis does not eliminate risks and threats. It merely brings your attention to them so that you can then prepare your strategies for addressing them.

However, if you buy shares as an investment into a trading process/system, then FA is not the best approach. Presumably, TA is better. But I wouldn't know, because I don't understand TA. So I'll leave it to those who do.
