Not sure if its been said, but what I thought was impressive about the results was that the change from placebo for 4 of the 6 measures showed a linear relationship with increased dose. The change in effect for 70 mg/kg was double the effect for 35 mg/kg for Fragile X Syndrome Rating Scale, Clinical Global Impression, ABC Score and Individual Subject Scorecard. There was no flattening out of efficacy improvement and little concern about safety at the highest dose, leaving a lot of room for greater efficacy at doses higher than 70 mg/kg.
