To me the results seem too all over the place. I admit the drug may work, but I think it is unlikely.
Some doses work and others don't. Some doses work in one trial but not another. Too me the evidence is not consistent enough, and I expect the next Phase 2B will show more of the same - unexpected and inconclusive results.
As a quick experiment I just flipped three different coins 5 times - coins 1 and 2 came up heads 4 out of the 5 times and coin 3 came up heads 1 out of 5 times. I could claim that coins 1 and 2 are therefore more likely than coin 3 to produce a head, but I would be wrong.
