    I believe that I have the explanation for what you have noticed, but before posting it, I need to check my facts. It will be several hours before I will have the chance to do that, but once I do, I'll post again.

    I can't be sure that my possible explanation will entirely satisfy you, but if I'm right, the explanation is at least logical.
