You have posted the information I was looking for in my files, and it confirms my recollection: the Phase 2a trial edwardsh was referring to was conducted exclusively in a male test population.
The data from phase 2b indicated the possibility of a different response to higher doses in males and females, with males responding and females failing to do so.
Thus there is a consistency in the two sets of data that has been overlooked by edwardsh.
