Its a very difficult field to study because of the undocumented nature of it. as far as researc hgoes though, I think the market potential is appraised at minimum of 5 Billion$ per annum, but thats a conservative assessment. The more complex the products we produce, the more dangerous and costly (to the user) counterfeited counterparts.
