IMO its how slow the Government TGA process is and how much was being made off PCR testing, And PCR biting off to much through greed, Now the government is relying of antigen tests that are not as sensitive as Dotz testing, The old saying give them enough rope. Stupid is as stupid does. And their should have been a plan B for omicron along time ago.
