You are probably correct., just seems crazy. Govt sycophant's are all so scared to try anything new incase they get blamed for something & get kicked off the gravy train.
Status quo works for big pharma also, amazing the big drug companies can get these vaccines & COVID 'treatments' through in a matter of months. I am sure there are many here invested in amazing cutting edge biotech companies that take a decade to get anything approved.
