    That may all sound great but sadly the company has not demonstrated that it going anywhere with any of these promises for the past 5 years.

    Covid detection - there's nothing disruptive if you compare it to the industry. Do you really believe if Dotz had a disruptive technology in this field that is anywhere close to commercialization it wouldn't have been acquired by one of the large diagnostic players?

    For example, RT-LAMP technology is already available from a large and recognized player - ThermoScientific

    CE mark is not an approval of anything. It's merely a manufacturer (Dotz) claim that a product meets the General Safety and Performance Requirements (CE marking – obtaining the certificate, EU requirements - Your Europe (europa.eu)). "As the product's manufacturer, you bear sole responsibility for declaring conformity with all requirements. You don't need a license to affix the CE marking to your product"
    . It cannot be therefore taken as anything of importance. Following your logic on FDA approval, one may never come as there is always going to be a new variant so approval is going to be postponed etc. And is how nanotechnology related to anything here? RT lamp is a biomolecular method so nanotech isn't adding anything here.

    Authentication of PPE may have been a promise in 2020 but Dotz has failed to execute the deals it signed during this year (Breath Medical and V2TECH completely and the main part of the TTmedical and UEG deals, all already due in 2020 and 2021). The reason for this is very easy - The price of PPE has crashed and it doesn't make sense anymore to add extra costs by including security markers on a cheap product. Based on the failure of the company to follow up on any of the contracts it signed last summer for its covid detection kit, it appears that its going to play out the same way like it did for PPE.

    Furthermore, Since Dotz did not demonstrate any other success in the brand protection market noting it became active in this market already back in 2017, one may suspect Dotz offer is simply not appealing to the customers.
