I saw it too... in my day job I work as an economist for an international company, we estimated this year we lost about 120mil $ for counterfeited products.. and its not products like a fake chanel bag - these are complex things. But because its only an estimate its very diffuclt to act upon it... you know how now supply chain mess is very evident in US? Looks like people dont realize that counterfeiters are literally making the fortune of their lives out of it... its everything, from car gear to vitamins to drugstore lipsticks.
