May mess with NTA, but the reducing yen also reduces the currency hedging too, (this is based on some earler discussions), it was my opinion it was these cashflow issues and the management rights purchase funding was the bigger issues effecting the share price. There are no major debt covnenants on the loans that can be , interest repayments are well and truley covered and then some.
