This stock is a much ignored little gem at these prices. Japan will survive , Tokyo is the place to be long term. I am in at 25.5c and 18.5c ... expect divi in 2009/10 to be a minimum of 5cps ( hopefully no more as would like some debt to be repaid and be rewarded in appreciating sp instead of cash ) .

Will keep shares for at least 12months with eventual exit price around 80c - $1
