It appears Axiom Properties' resubmitted tender proposal for the above has been overlooked in favour of a Lowy Family-backed consortium.
This information was released in the Business section of last week's edition of the 'Weekend Australian'.
Given that Axiom tends to expense development proposal costs and the like in the year they were incurred, I don't believe we'll see any adverse effect on the company's balance sheet as a result.
At least the company can now focus on their other projects, including the lucrative 62 Currie St hotel, and the profitable Mt. Barker subdivision.
