It is up to the Investor to decide whether he/she wants to buy, sell or hold.

When a share loses value then the unscrupulous look for scapegoats rather than blaming themselves.

Much reference has been made to "newbees", however, I do believe that many experienced investors read research and act on this.

There is a difference of opinion as to what a stock is worth. The downramper simply tells everybody that he is right and that the shares are to highly priced.

Sometimes, he can be someone who was either sacked or had to leave and so has a grudge against the Company. More likely, he wants to short or enter at a lower price level.

Stocks eg. LUM and EPT are lowly priced IMHO. EPT reached $1.03, While some say that is too high, the respected broker Baillieu says that the valuation range is between 61 cents and $2.80.

While the chart indicated that it was overbought at $1.03, clearly, the value was there IMHO.

Similarly with LUM. Again the value seems to be there. In both cases it is recognized by the Investor who has done the research but not by the market.

So, there is a difference in perception as to what the stock is worth and the word "ramping" has been overdone.
