re: to run like an elk ???? I don't think the no. of shares is the point here, nor just the share price, but isn't it the change in market cap? That and how concentrated the assets are. i.e. I think ELK and NEO both have their main assets in fairly small, speculative wells in the US. (Perhaps ELK's are no longer so speculative!)

3 weeks ago ELK's SP was about 40cents with a market cap of around $11m.(NEO's is $21m) Yesterday's ELK sp was 1.20, or tripled in 3 weeks. If NEO could have similar success, I can't see why the sp shouldn't rise similarly, to say 10c.

Just my opinion. The oil and gas have to be there in quantity first, and we're still waiting (sooo long) for that news.
