double bottom forming, page-4

ummm...i like this charting stuff. I like it when its explaining the past but I get a little nervous when it is trying to tell me that Neo is now going to take off because it has reached a double bottom...

I go by the theory that prices can either go up, go down or stay the same......I think if we hear some good news, the price will go up....
