how's this for bipolar viewpoint: over last five years what I have noticed with BOQ and QBE is that when you have aggressive fund managers holding 5% each of shares in company can dictate SP, they seem to take turns on each as QBE was in downtrend BOQ was in uptrend, now vice a versa, so while theses managers are on board the trend is your friend
