who knows, but Lend Lease will be dreading it if it occurs, they will effectively be doing a capital raise under NTA.
My position is small, these guys are woke with minimal skin in the game. Plenty of 'socially appropriate' commentary, but lacking returns.
Wish the Lowey family were in charge, but if they were, the share price wouldn't be at this price.
One of my subsidiary companies was engaged with Lend Lease for a retail lease. Wow what a woke landlord retail lease agreement. We executed, because they couldn't find anyone else, I got the rent down enough, and I have company specific get of of jail clauses implemented by my lawyers, together with company level 'mitigating risk'
