Why is the share price tanking further?
I don't know, but I have this nagging thought, that with property asset values declining, and lend lease both being a significant owner of property and having a huge developement pipeline, what are the risks of property value right downs????
I don't know the answer to this, I am just speculating, but with the low dividend yield, and the risk, and the declining share price, and with the historical poor management of this company (run for the benefit of senior management and directors instead of shareholders), I am taking my time.
