I wouldn't expect glowing numbers for this FY as the cost-cutting measures continue and are somewhat costly due to the departure of highly paid long-term employees and the generous payouts on offer (40 weeks severance pay for 20+ years service).
Its an expensive company to run. Continuous restructures, expensive office fitouts etc. But Tony knows what he's doing. He's dramatically simplifying the business to focus on core profitable deliverables and locations. I believe he can bring back the profits we experienced a few years before and hopefully lift the stock price back over $20.
