skspi1 - dont take this any form of financial advice but you really need to consider your position.

If you lost your entire holdings in BLY tomorrow could you survive? Would it have a major impact on your life? If the answer is no, then you could either:

1/hold for the long term
2/average down by buying big parcels at these depressed prices
3/sell a portion (25%, 50%) of your holdings at the loss and put that capital elsewhere or back into BLY.
