    It slipped under my radar.
    There is a Macro DB from Aug. '08 till Aug. '09 [Low 0.15 / 15c].
    Also [as you point out] a Micro DB from Aug. '09 to Sep. '09.
    Strong Volume in Sep., but dropping off in October.
    My WLY Moving Averages have crossed to Buy.
    I have a buy order in the market [today].
    Short Term Price Target 0.32 [32c]
    Longer Term Price Target 0.97 [97c]
    [Price Targets based on Fibonacci Projections]
