I would hold and be pretty careful coz my gut feel tells me a little stint in the sub 10c could be on its way.

They just sold out, I would buy another placement, why not?
But not at 12c. Max Id pay is abt 7c, Institution would probly offer 5c for a slab of the co. Diluting the issued shares already held.

This is the way the game is played, buy company direct issues and sell on market later on.
