Nassy, many ways to value acreage, but due to the volatile price of gas and the price being pushed down (IMO), I have looked at a heap of data historically in the region, including all development costs, flow rates,decline rates, life cycle and so on. Then what has been paid for "raw" land, and dirt that has gone into production. It has not been a 5 minute job. I have actully done my research and see greater values per shares on a fully diluted basis but those I keep to myself and wait to see if I was right!!!
