    Im calling NCM at double bottoms. Target of $44.
    Decline in volume between lows confirms pattern as a candidate.
    Upward sloping triangle in last four days confirms short term trend.
    Breakout above 41 will confirm intermediate trend, however since it will be fourth attempt at tight range break expect a quick pullback to perhaps even 40.
