Whilst not professing to be a technical guru i note that the one year chart has a closing high of .345 and a low of .098 .
50% of the range is an important number which is .2215 .
If the double bottom current plays out it also has a target of approx .22c
Add to this a 6 mth high of .225 and double bottom in 2010 which bounced of .22c .
Maybe someone with more knowledge in TA could be more informative . It is always good when TA and FA are headed in the same direction . And it would be brilliant for the long term sufferers to see a break of.22c . GLTA and dyor
