Multi time frames. Watching EOD Daily high/lows/close, then using 1hour or 30 min opening range chart for direction, confirmed on 15 min, then entries on 5 min. Watching the DOM and order flow more than anything. The plan was formulated in the last hour of Friday's trading, 1.46 number. which I posted somewhere. I just needed confirmation and that happened yesterday but was a bit dodgy on the close due to low volume. Today's open was slow, managed to get a small position and once the opening range was holding I ending up buying more around 12 o'clock, and a few more a bit later around 3 pm. The market was quite thin till then.
My trades are nearly always planned out prior the market is opening so all I need to do is execute.By the time my order was filled I was paying 1.56 and still have pending orders lower. Because you know the fundamentals are solid it's a relatively easy trade to do. Simply because if I get caught out holding I know it's just a matter of time. This stock is going to offer near perfect trading opportunities as the trend develops.
