    No the Pfizer deal was subject to con notes being cleared so that IP is not impeded in anyway. The reason the stock being taken up by the con note holder is because PSD has put them on notice that they will be repaying the debt with in the next 60 days. Hence the con note holder desided to take advantage of the margin and cash in. Should stabilise around her IMO.
