    Bergo, you need to brush up on your corp law. I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure a company is a separate legal entity (can sue and be sued). If any damages are awarded, it will be to the Company, and NOT to former shareholders. Whether former shareholders still hold is up to them, they had the choice to buy or sell. It will be current shareholders who benefit from any damages as the share price will reflect that value. I can't see how we would have to "give it back".

    If former shareholders have an issue, then they must launch their own legal action, if they do it wont be against current shareholders, it will be against former directors / crosslands / MMX. I doubt very much that would happen.

    IMO only.
