Profess, it has been stated many times on this blog that the CHM and MMX promoters "were one and the same" and that "MMX directors are responsible for the sins of the past directors". Therefore if the promoters of CHM/MMX (same) are guilty as you claim, then they have breached the trust of their shareholders (prior to 2007) and the corporations act. These shareholders would have a claim against the current CHM directors. MMX would already be seen as having "paid up" if that ever happens. Given that the case will drag on for years, the former shareholders will have plenty of time to get a class action together to sue CHM. The chances of current CHM shareholders getting anything after legal expenses is smaller than a bee's proverbial.
