Call me a tad cynical but overnight I thought deeply and I fear the price rise could be potentially indicative of an impending Capital Raise in next 6-8 weeks. I have seen other companies with a similar pattern - management options are issued @ low SP then in preparation for a CR the SP spikes on no major news. Copper price did not go up 30% yesterday. How hard would it be for the likes of say a Credit Suisse or similar to influence price in a tightly held stock to maximise their % take on the CR they will be running?
Lets hope it is actually the beginning of a take over and not just a cynical cash grab by the current management and consultants that I imagined. If I was right then selling just after CR could be profitable for a buy back at lower levels a month or two later .....risky play though.
I changed my mind - must be a take over....
