Not defending Adam's actions but this serves to illustrate the problems that products that go to the public face.
This is why a lot of investment goes on customer onboarding for apps. They need to be practically foolproof. This is compouded further by the ability to communicate this all the various languages.
This is why I don't love WP as a consumer play because a lot can go wrong (mostly the customers fault) but like the look of Corona as a business play where this is less of an issue.
