    "SmartTrans continues to work with Double Eagle China developing its online loyalty and payment systems for its China Merchants Bank project. SmartTrans is assisting the project by providing its mobile billing systems and its mobile and Internet software.
    The system will integrate Double Eagle China’s unique marketing and online loyalty systems with SmartTrans’ mobile payment and web payment platform for which SmartTrans will receive a royalty based upon total transaction revenue received by Double Eagle from the project.
