Existing Bulk Loader has capacity to load quickly for ~40,000 ton ships. Storage contract already agreed/signed at noted cost. In fact contract from Riley, to Burnie storage, to Loader, on to ship also locked in. It's not that hard. Many other mines in the area been doing this for ages and currently doing it.
