Cho and Himstedt are the only 2 shareholders with over 5%. Need 5% to call for a spill. You can accumulate to 20% before moving on a takeover? A wide open share register. If someone is accumulating and they reach 5% they have 2 days to file a notice of substantial holding with the ASX. Maybe it is just day traders.
